The Borough of Red Hill workshop meets on the first Wednesday of the month as needed at the Borough of Red Hill chambers, 71 East Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania at 7:00 pm.

 

The Borough of Red Hill Planning Commission meets on the third Thursday of the month as needed at the Borough of Red Hill chambers, 71 East Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania at 7:00 pm.

 

The Borough of Red Hill Open Space meets on the second Wednesday of the month as needed at the Borough of Red Hill chambers, 71 East Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania at 6:30 pm.

 

PICNICS IN THE PARK

Please note that the Borough of Red Hill is available to the public for picnics and large gatherings. Water, electricity, and restroom facilities are provided.

The borough maintains a clean and safe park for our citizens. In an effort to continue our park maintenance and improvement projects, we ask that scheduled groups make a donation to the park fund. The recommended donation is $50.00.
Please call the borough office at 215 679-2040 or stop by during office hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Rules regarding park use are posted on the office site and in the park.
NO PETS PLEASE!

 

 

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS

Growth of Grass, Weeds, and Other Vegetation Unlawful Under Certain Conditions

No person, firm or corporation, owning or occupying any property within the Borough of Red Hill, shall permit and grass or weeds or any vegetation whatsoever, not edible or planted for useful or ornamental purpose, to grow or remain upon such premises so as to exceed a height of six (6”) inches or to throw off any unpleasant or noxious odor or to conceal any filthy deposit  or to create or produce pollen. Any grass weeds or other vegetation growing or remaining upon any premises in the Borough in violation of  any of the provisions of this Section 101 is hereby declared to be a nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety, cleanliness and comfort of the inhabitants of the Borough. Nothing therein shall be construed to include trees. (Ord. 122, 8/9/1965, Section 1; as amended by Ord. 333, 9/19/1987)

 

 

 

TRASH INFORMATION

  • Please do not tie bags to trash cans
  • Put trash in Red Hill Borough bags, or line trash cans with Red Hill Borough trash bags
  • Red Hill Borough bags are to weigh no more than  45 pounds
  • If trash is larger than the Red Hill Borough bag allows, your trash will not be picked up
  • One bulk item per week, please attach a Red Hill Borough bag to the item
  • No large appliances

·        NO aerosol spray cans or paint cans

·        Bottles only (this pertains to containers with a neck smaller than the body)
