Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the Red Hill Zoning Hearing Board on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Red Hill Borough Municipal Building
56 West Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania, on the application of Red Hill Christian School, 208 East 5th Street, Red Hill,
Pennsylvania, 18076, for a Variance pursuant to Section 27-313(2) of the Red Hill Borough Zoning Ordinance,
as amended, to permit the property at 208 East 5th Street, Red Hill, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania to be used as
a daycare, preschool and kindergarten, which uses are not permitted by right in an LI Zoning District.
The subject property is located at 208 East 5th Street, Red Hill, Montgomery County,
Pennsylvania and is located in an LI Zoning District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board and will be heard at the above date,
time and place for the hearing. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to
conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
