The Red Hill Water Authority consists of five residents appointed by Borough Council for staggered five year terms. The responsibility of the Water Authority is the operation of the Borough’s potable water supply system. The Water Authority was established by Red Hill Borough in 1963 to separate the business and finances of the water supply system from the operation of the Borough.
